At DUSK, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unwashed and unused items in their original packaging. We strive to make the return process as seamless as our linens to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original DUSK packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
